Abstract

Today, Islamic jurists are obliged to have a decent relationship with the international system by using "Taqiyyah" in the light of preserving the honor of Islam. With the aim of explaining the strategy of Islamic jurisprudence regarding "Taqiyya" in international relations and responding to the need to preserve the interests of the Islamic system in order to secure citizenship rights and consolidate the state's position, the present research aims to present a conceptual framework of the word "Taqiyya" with a descriptive-analytical method. The legitimacy of using "Taqiyyah" in Imamiyyah jurisprudence, the comparison of "Taqiyya" with similar concepts such as hypocrisy, hypocrisy, and tyranny, and in addition, to explain how to use "Taqiyya" in international relations with respect to moral and legal dimensions. As a result, the use of "Taqiyyah" in the international system is evident in cases such as maintaining the Islamic government, maintaining state secrets, promoting foreign policy, and bringing together Islamic religions. But it seems that the attitude of some domestic and western jurists towards the concept of "Taqiyyah" is somewhat different from its main concept in Imami jurisprudence. Therefore, the lack of semantic overlap or the mistake of "Taqiyyah" with concepts such as Madahnah (compromise) and Toriye with the intellectual background of creating Islamophobia, has distorted its use. Therefore, with the failure to meet the criteria and criteria of "Taqiyya" in the international system, it is necessary to provide a correct conceptual framework for "Taqiyya" and how it affects peace-orientedness by changing the attitude towards understanding Islamic teachings. Therefore, we believe that the correct application of "Taqiyyah" in the international system creates the capacity of positive communication between the Islamic system and the international systems.
