Manuscript Evaluation Process
Registration in the journal system and submission of the manuscript by the corresponding author.
Examination of the manuscript structure, submitted files and documents, and plagiarism/similarity checking.
Initial screening of the manuscript in four areas—originality, thematic relevance to the journal’s scope, and technical quality—followed by a decision to reject the manuscript or assign reviewers; conducted by the editorial team.
Peer review by two to four reviewers, depending on the significance and content of the manuscript.
Follow-up and coordination of the review process by the managing editor.
Decision on rejection or acceptance of the manuscript by the Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the Editorial Board members.
Notification of the final decision to the author(s).
Outcomes of the Manuscript Evaluation Process
Rejection.
Conditional acceptance subject to minor revisions; in this case, the revised manuscript is reviewed and approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
Conditional acceptance subject to major revisions; in this case, the revised manuscript is sent to one of the reviewers for re-evaluation.
Final acceptance; after final verification by the compliance reviewer, initial approval by the Editor-in-Chief, and final approval in the Editorial Board meeting.
Reasons for Manuscript Rejection
Rejection due to similarity with existing publications or research misconduct; failure to observe intellectual and ethical research standards and respect for intellectual property rights leads to rejection.
Rejection due to non-compliance with the journal’s guidelines and regulations; submission without adherence to the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines results in rejection.
Rejection due to lack of relevance to the journal’s scope; manuscripts that fall outside the journal’s field of interest are rejected.
