Abstract

According to article 1082 civil code wife can Legal possession in the dowry yourself to grand and convention or unilateral juridical act forms legal gratuitous act or onerous contract he wants to transfer his dowry to anyone. The transfer of the same dowry in different legal formulas involves important questions that raise various questions in this regard.
